There's no trial, because there's no need for one. Free isn't a countdown — it's a real plan you can stay on forever, with unlimited flows, workspaces, attachments and guests for two people. You upgrade when you actually need a third person, templates or reports, not when a clock runs out.
Anyone who is a member of your workspace — someone who can create and edit flows, be assigned tasks and comment. Clients and guests you share individual flows with are not members and never cost anything, on any plan.
No. You're billed for people who have actually joined. A pending invite counts toward your Free limit of two, but never toward a charge.
You're charged for the remaining days in the billing period, not a full month. Remove someone and the unused portion comes back as credit on your next invoice. Both happen automatically.
No. Templates you've saved stay yours and you can still start new flows from them — Pro is what lets you save new ones. The same goes for your team: a workspace that drops to Free keeps everyone already in it.
Yes. A workspace is the unit that gets billed, so one team's subscription is independent of another's. Workspaces you're invited to never cost you anything.
Your workspace becomes read-only while we retry, and everyone can still read everything. We never delete your data over a failed payment.
