These terms are a contract between you and LEGAL ENTITY NAME ("WIINK", "we", "us") covering your use of Flowral at flowral.app and any related applications and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. Who we are

Flowral is operated by LEGAL ENTITY NAME, a COMPANY TYPE registered in COUNTRY under company number COMPANY NUMBER, with its registered office at REGISTERED ADDRESS. Our VAT number is VAT NUMBER. You can reach us at hello@wiink.io.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You need an account to use the Service. You can sign up with an email address and password, or through Google, Microsoft or WIINK sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Work in Flowral lives in a workspace. A workspace has an owner, and may have admins, editors, members and viewers. Each workspace has its own plan and its own subscription — paying for one workspace does not affect any other, including workspaces you have been invited to.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, to use the Service.

3. Plans & what's included

We offer two plans. The current details are always on our pricing page, which takes precedence over any summary here.

  • Free — up to 2 people per workspace. Unlimited flows, workspaces, attachments and guests. Saving flows as templates and delivery reports are not included.
  • Pro — €9 per person per month, or €90 per person per year. Unlimited people, plus saving templates and delivery reports. No seat minimum.

There is no free trial. A new workspace starts on Free and stays on Free until someone subscribes.

4. Billing, seats & proration

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms as our payment processor.

What a seat is. A seat is one member of a workspace — someone who can create or edit flows, be assigned tasks, or comment. Guests and clients with access to individual flows are never members and never cost anything. A person you have invited but who has not yet accepted is not billed, though a pending invite does count toward the Free plan's two-person limit.

Prices. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your billing address and any tax ID you provide.

Changes mid-period. If you add a member during a billing period, you are charged only for the remaining days of that period. If you remove a member, the unused portion is credited against your next invoice. These adjustments are applied automatically and appear on your next invoice rather than being charged immediately.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price for the number of seats in use, until cancelled. We will give you at least NOTICE PERIOD, e.g. 30 days notice by email before any price increase takes effect for your workspace.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep Pro until then, after which the workspace moves to Free.

Nothing is deleted when you downgrade. Your flows, templates and attachments remain, and everyone already in the workspace stays. The practical effect of moving to Free is that you cannot add another person beyond two, save new templates, or open delivery reports.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory withdrawal rights are not affected by this paragraph.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry it and Stripe will contact you. During that period your workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and read everything, but changes are paused. We do not delete your data because of a failed payment. If the subscription is ultimately cancelled, the workspace moves to Free with its content intact.

7. Your content

Everything you put into Flowral — flows, tasks, comments, attachments, workspace names — is yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, transmit, display and back up that content strictly as needed to operate the Service for you, and to comply with the law. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to routine backup cycles.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for the content itself.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material;
  • upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our infrastructure;
  • probe, scan or load-test the Service without our written permission, or circumvent limits, quotas or plan restrictions;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as intended through workspace membership and guest access;
  • use the Service to build a competing product, or scrape it at scale.

9. Guests & clients

You can share individual flows with people outside your workspace ("guests"). Guests see only the flows shared with them. Guest access is free and unlimited on every plan. You are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom — check before sharing a flow that contains anything confidential, since a guest can see everything in that flow.

10. Availability & support

We work to keep Flowral available and reliable, but the Service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless we have separately agreed one with you in writing. We may perform maintenance, and will try to schedule disruptive work outside normal business hours where practical.

Support is by email on Pro and community-based on Free.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, branding and documentation — belongs to us and our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. The Flowral and WIINK names and logos may not be used without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts the Service or other customers at risk, or if we are required to by law. Except where a serious breach or a legal obligation makes it impossible, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to put things right first.

After termination we will retain your workspace data for RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 30 days so you can export it, then delete it in line with our privacy policy.

13. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded — including consumers' statutory rights.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) MINIMUM CAP, e.g. €100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you at least NOTICE PERIOD, e.g. 30 days notice by email or in the app before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change applies. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION, and the courts of COURTS / VENUE have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law where you live.

17. Contact
